Please do not come in if you are experiencing any illness including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat. We advise that you call your primary care provider.
If you have traveled recently, we ask that you reschedule your appointment with us until it has been at least two weeks since you arrived home.
We are not allowing extra guests in with patients at this time unless it is medically necessary. If it is necessary, we are limiting this to one guest per patient.
When arriving for your appointment, please be aware we have extra sanitizing procedures in place. Wait times may be increased due to these procedures.
